Emilia Chubb
Emilia is a painter who captures the world as it goes by on canvas. Nosing around the city for inspiration, she grasps the spirit of a place using bold, vibrant colours. Her London Cityscapes are delightfully nostalgic and full of character. Emilia graduated in 2020 from the Courtauld Institute of Art, where she studied History of Art, BA (Hons). Fascinated by places and people, Emilia encapsulates the beauty of time, location, and memory on an aesthetic and emotional level. Drawing from the many stories she hears from viewers who have a connection to her chosen spots, Emilia produces paintings the move with the rhythm of the city.
She has exhibited across the UK, including the 2023 RBA ‘Rising Stars’ Exhibition and the RA Summer Exhibition in 2024
